I specifically bought the product because it was advertised as having a cloud-based system that will allow me to manage the time attendance from anywhere in the world. The box and the manual have no instructions on how to use the cloud system, nor does it show if the item can connect to the cloud. I contacted the supplier to find out, how can I use the cloud system, they just read my messages, but they did not reply. I bought this item ONLY because they said it has a cloud-based system, and yet that was a misrepresentation just to get a sale. I am truly disappointed and wasted my money on this product.
